Rather than focusing on perfect technique, you will explore how ballet develops strength, posture, balance, coordination and body awareness—skills that benefit every child both in and out of the studio.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003eLed by Singapore Ballet dancer Sayaka Yamauchi, the session begins with gentle Ballet Pilates-inspired exercises to awaken the core, improve alignment and prepare the body for movement.
