About Arun Rana 

Arun, a senior consultant and yoga teacher from New Delhi, with a deep background in traditional yoga from Indian ashrams, including Rishikesh, Kerela, Bangalore, and Haridwar, possesses unique insights. Having also studied meditation under Himalayan Yoga masters, he's been a dedicated teacher since 2004, conducting workshops, retreats, and regular classes globally. Arun focuses on the healing aspects of yoga, particularly in de-stress and de-addiction classes. His mission is to promote holistic well-being worldwide, specializing in yoga therapy for conditions like depression, and chronic spinal ailments. His classes are renowned for their powerful and innovative sequences, providing students with transformative experiences.
