About the Workshop
This 12-hour immersive workshop is designed to help you deepen your practice through a safe, intelligent, and progressive Hatha yoga approach. Over two focused sessions, we will explore the foundations of backbends and arm balances, combining strength, mobility, alignment, and breath awareness.
Backbend Session – 6 Hours
Learn how to build strong and safe backbends by understanding spinal mechanics, shoulder opening, and hip mobility. Through progressive techniques, preparatory poses, and supportive adjustments, you will develop confidence and stability while exploring deeper backbending postures.
Arm Balance Session – 6 Hours
Discover the principles behind arm balances by learning how to use strength, alignment, and body awareness effectively. This session will break down arm balance techniques step-by-step, helping you understand weight distribution, core engagement, and balance in a supportive and accessible way.
Throughout the workshop, participants will receive clear alignment guidance, practical drills, and hands-on adjustments to help refine their understanding and build a strong, sustainable practice.
This workshop is suitable for all level students who want to strengthen their foundations, improve technique, and approach these postures with greater confidence and understanding.

About the Teacher
Krunal Prajapati is an internationally recognized yoga teacher from India and a 3-time Asian Gold Medalist in Yoga. With 7 years of teaching experience in Singapore, he has become a highly respected teacher known for his precise alignment guidance, deep technical knowledge, and dynamic teaching style.
He has successfully conducted numerous yoga workshops, events, and teacher training programs in Singapore, helping hundreds of students deepen their practice and progress safely into advanced postures such as backbends, hip openers, and inversions. His sessions are known to be engaging, educational, and transformative, inspiring practitioners to build strength, flexibility, and confidence in their yoga journey.
