Refund policy

 

By participating in any workshop, training, or retreat organized by PURE Singapore, you agree to the following refund policy:

 

  1. Refund Deadlines: Refund requests must be submitted by the deadline indicated in each listing. Any requests submitted after this deadline will not be considered.
  2. Medical-Related Refunds: Refunds due to medical reasons will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and supporting medical documentation will be required for consideration.
  3. Processing Fees: All approved refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee, which will be deducted from the total refundable amount.
  4. Missed Sessions: PURE Singapore is not responsible for any missed sessions. No refunds or makeup sessions will be provided for any missed attendance.
  5. Non-Cash Refunds: Refunds will not be issued in cash under any circumstances.
  6. Third-Party Costs: PURE Singapore is not responsible for any third-party costs incurred by the client, including, but not limited to, air tickets, accommodation, insurance, visa application fees,  public/private transport expenses, meals within Singapore or overseas. Any such purchases are made at the client’s discretion and are non-refundable by PURE.

 

Note: This refund policy applies even in the event that PURE Singapore cancels the event/workshop/retreat.
