As former PURE Hot Yoga instructor Jeanie Chu returns to Singapore this December, join her for an immersive two-hour hot series that blends intensity, mindfulness, and transformation. Fire & Flow invites both long-time hot yogis and new practitioners to rediscover the power of practice — in heat, in breath, and within.
Expect a dynamic sequence that balances fiery, challenging flows with moments of deep stillness and inward reflection. Through purposeful movement and sustained heat, Jeanie will guide you to build strength, release tension, and explore presence in every breath. This is more than a physical class, it’s an invitation to reconnect with your inner rhythm, your community, and the heat that fuels transformation.
About Jeanie Chu
A familiar face to Singapore’s hot yoga community, Jeanie Chu is a former PURE Yoga Hot Instructor whose classes are known for their intensity, precision, and soul. Beyond her years of teaching, Jeanie is a clinical psychologist and leadership coach, integrating the science of the mind with the philosophy of yoga to inspire balance, purpose, and emotional strength. Jeanie now resides in Boston, where she continues her yoga and coaching practice while pursuing her Master’s in Organizational Leadership at Northeastern University.
Jeanie believes that yoga is both a physical and inner journey — a practice of awareness, courage, and reconnection with one’s truest self.
