About the Programme
This programme is all about moving like an athlete and having a blast while you do it. Over four upbeat training days, you will jump higher, react quicker, and feel your body getting stronger and more coordinated with every session.
Whether you play sports, run on weekends, hit the gym often, or simply want to feel faster on your feet, this camp gives you the skills to move with confidence. You will pick up techniques that help you sprint quicker, land smoother, balance better, and unleash athletic power you never knew you had.

What You Will Experience
Day 1: Foundational Plyometrics & Coordination
You will learn the mechanics behind fast, reactive movement. Expect extensive plyometric work, ankle and foot conditioning, rhythm training, and coordination drills that build stiffness, timing, and clean landing mechanics. This day sets the foundation for safe and powerful jumping.
Day 2: Lateral & Unilateral Development
This session introduces side-to-side plyometrics, single-leg landings, and change-of-direction drills. You will learn how to absorb force better, move more efficiently in the frontal plane, and build strong, controlled landings on one leg. These are essential skills for agility and injury prevention.
Day 3: Advanced Complexes & Reactive Control
You will progress into more challenging combinations such as depth drops, multi-directional jumps, and plyo-to-plyo sequences. This day builds air awareness, control, sequencing, and the ability to react quickly and explosively.
Day 4: PAP (Post-Activation Potentiation) Training
This final day teaches you how athletes use loaded strength movements to unlock more speed, height, and explosive performance. Expect contrast pairings like box squats into box jumps, power cleans into broad jumps, sled pushes into sprints, and more. You will feel immediate improvements in jump quality and power output.
