Returning back to India for the 4th time, your facilitator and teacher Niru will lead you into the quiet luxury of nature and experience a deeply rejuvenating retreat designed to cleanse, detox and renew.

Blending traditional yogic practices with curated naturopathy treatments, each day is thoughtfully crafted to support your body’s natural detox process while calming the mind and restoring inner harmony. Guided asana, pranayama, and meditation create space for stillness, clarity, and gentle transformation.

Set against the tranquil backdrop of Siruvani, like last year, this is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and return to your most aligned self.

About Dvara Siruvani

A quiet retreat space surrounded by nature in the hills near Coimbatore.

It has a small number of private cottages, which makes it feel peaceful and uncrowded, ideal for intimate yoga retreats. The environment is calm, green, and away from city noise, helping people relax and focus.

The space includes open areas and gardens that work well for yoga and meditation sessions. The overall atmosphere encourages slow living, rest, and connection with nature.

Food is fresh and locally inspired, and the setting supports a simple, healthy lifestyle during the retreat.

About Nirupan

Niru's transformative journey with yoga began in 1998 at age nine, despite his father's mastery in the practice. Initially a casual pursuit, he soon delved into competitive practice. Immersed in an ashram, he recognized yoga as his true calling, inspiring his path as a teacher.

For Niru, yoga transcends physical postures, it's a philosophy, illuminating life's purpose and connecting body, mind, and soul. Guided by his father, supported by Ayurvedic Doctor Madhavan and mentored by Mani Chaithanya.

• This event is open for registration to Public and PURE members.
  
• No refund or credit will be given for cancellations starting from 30 July 2026
• All refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee that will be deducted from your refund. 
• PURE bears no responsibility for any missed sessions. No refunds or makeup sessions will be provided.
• PURE reserves the right to modify the event schedule, content, or venue. Participants will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.
• If there is any discrepancy between the printed and web versions, the web version shall prevail.
  
• Non-Cash Refunds: Refunds will not be issued in cash under any circumstances.
• Third-Party Costs: PURE Singapore is not responsible for any third-party costs incurred by the client, including, but not limited to, air tickets, accommodation, insurance, visa application fees, public/private transport expenses, meals within Singapore or overseas. Any such purchases are made at the client’s discretion and are non-refundable by PURE.
