Immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature and find joy through the very simple ways of life in Dvara Siruvani, Coimbatore. Away from the hustle and bustle of our city life, join Niru on this journey of exploration, with both the reinvigorating and restorative aspects of a yoga practice. There will be daily asana practices, as well as breathwork and meditation. This retreat is open to practitioners of all levels, looking to deepen their connection to themselves, one another and Mother Nature. Coming Home, to your body, spirit and heart.

Niru's transformative journey with yoga began in 1998 at age nine, despite his father's mastery in the practice. Initially a casual pursuit, he soon delved into competitive practice. Immersed in an ashram, he recognized yoga as his true calling, inspiring his path as a teacher. For Niru, yoga transcends physical postures—it's a philosophy, illuminating life's purpose and connecting body, mind, and soul. Guided by his father, supported by Ayurvedic Doctor Madhavan and mentored by Mani Chaithanya.
