About the Retreat

Surrounded by the snow-capped majesty of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and the serene waters of Erhai Lake, this retreat is a journey inward — to breathe deeper, move with presence, and rediscover your natural rhythm.

Itinerary 

Day 1 — 18 April: Arrival in Lijiang 

  • Arrive at Lijiang Sanyi Airport, transfer to Jinmao Pureal Mountain Lodge (丽江金茂璞修雪山酒店). 
  • Check-in and unwind in the serene mountain setting overlooking Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. 
  • Welcome dinner featuring local Yunnan specialties. 
 
Day 2–5 — 19–22 April: Lijiang Retreat at Jinmao Pure Mountain Lodge 
 
Morning sessions: 
 
  • Sunrise yoga practice with mountain views. 
  • Enjoy nourishing breakfast at the lodge. 
 
Excursions: 
 
  • Guided cultural or nature excursions (optional): 
  • Visit Baisha Village and Shuhe Old Town 
  • Take the cable car to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain 
  • Explore Lashi Lake for short hikes or horseback riding 
 
Evening: 
 
  • Sunset yoga practice; 
  • Fireside sharing circle or guided meditation under the stars. 
 
Day 6 — 23 April: Transfer to Dali 
 
  • Morning yoga practice & breakfast before departure. 
  • Scenic drive (approx. 3 hrs) to Hotel Indigo Dali Erhai. 
  • Check in to your lake-view rooms overlooking Erhai Lake. 
  • Sunset yoga practice 
 
Day 7 — 24 April: Dali Exploration & Yoga Flow 
 
Morning: 
 
  • Sunrise yoga practice 
  • Breakfast followed by day trip: 
 
  • Visit Shuanglang Old Town, Nanzhang Fengqing Island 
  • Experience local tie-dye (扎染) craft in a Bai village 
 
Evening: 
 
  • Yoga practice and reflection session 
  • Farewell dinner celebrating connection and stillness 
 
Day 8 — 25 April: Departure 
 
  • Morning yoga practice 
  • Breakfast and group closing circle. 
  • Transfer to Lijiang Airport for departure.

About Serene 

Serene began her yoga journey in 2013, discovering along the way not just a passion for movement but a lifelong devotion to learning, growth, and mindful living. Years of teaching have shaped her into a versatile and intuitive instructor, blending clarity, creativity, and warmth in every class. Inspired by travel, connection, and the inner evolution that yoga reveals, Serene guides her students through practices that feel both grounding and expansive. Her intention is to create a seamless bridge between the mat and daily life, inviting practitioners to move with awareness, soften where they hold, and meet themselves with compassion and courage

About Yuna

Yuna is a joyful and passionate Yoga teacher who believes that practising Yoga will help one to Live In The Moment. It is a doorway out of one’s comfort zone, and a powerful vehicle for change, growth and transformation. As one builds strength through Yoga, belief in one’s potential will soon follow. A lover of arm balancing and an avid practitioner of inversion and handstands, Yuna embraces the philosophy of balancing “holding on” and “letting go”. It is not about perfection; it is about progress. It is not about self-improvement; it is about self-acceptance.

  • No refund or credit will be given for cancellations starting from 25 Feb 2026.
  • All refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee that will be deducted from your refund. 
  • PURE bears no responsibility for any missed sessions. No refunds or makeup sessions will be provided.
  • PURE reserves the right to modify the event schedule, content, or venue. Participants will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.
  • If there is any discrepancy between the printed and web versions, the web version shall prevail.
