ABOUT THE TRAINING

This combined Chair Yoga and Wall Rope Yoga CET is designed for both seasoned practitioners and aspiring teachers. Whether you're a yoga enthusiast eager to deepen your personal practice or a certified teacher looking to expand your teaching repertoire, this course is for you.

This CET will explore everything from the basics to the advanced, providing the full benefits of Chair and Wall Rope Yoga. It will help you rediscover and enhance your yoga practice and teaching skills through modifications and variations.

• Perform challenging asanas more comfortably and sustain postures for longer periods using the Yoga Chair/Wall Rope.

Open to practitioners and teachers of all levels. 

Upon registration, you'll receive three comprehensive manuals: 

 1. Theory Manual: Covering anatomy, philosophy, physiology, and history 

 2. Chair Yoga Manual (with 500 detailed photos) 

 3. Wall Rope Yoga Manual (featuring 500 instructive photos): These manuals cater to both basic and advanced levels. 

You have the option to enrol in either one or both combined trainings. Limited spaces are available to maintain an intimate and cozy training environment.

ABOUT THE TEACHER

Jimin Choi is a Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). By completing our course, you can earn the necessary continuing education credits to maintain your Yoga Alliance registration and enhance your professional credentials.
