His teachings are deeply rooted in the classical approach to hatha yoga, enriched by Tantric philosophy and the pursuit of experiencing one’s supreme potential in every moment. wildlōtus is more than a school — it is a community of teachers dedicated to continuous growth, shared wisdom, and the aspiration of full aliveness. Through a structured canon of intelligent sequencing, clear alignment principles, and the Gates of Wisdom, Patrick offers classes and teacher trainings worldwide — supporting practitioners who seek depth, clarity, and joy in their yoga journey. His approach reflects a lifelong commitment to yoga as both a discipline and a means of transformation, ensuring that every student and teacher finds inspiration and meaning in their practice.

About wildlōtus

At wildlōtus, we aim to live in full aliveness. wildlōtus integrates the depth of philosophical wisdom, the creativity of intelligent sequencing, and the power of a supportive community to create a sanctuary for growth, adaptability, and inspiration. wildlōtus bridges timeless yoga philosophies with modern life management principles, offering a holistic approach that enriches both practice and teaching. Through the transformative framework of the "Three Wheels," wildlōtus seamlessly integrates philosophy and practical application into every aspect of the yoga journey. • Three Wheels: A signature methodology that integrates philosophical wisdom and actionable techniques, setting a new standard for impactful yoga instruction. Each wheel represents components of study to create full aliveness in our life of yoga. ◦ 1st wheel — Action: The foundation of wildlōtus starts with the mastery of fundamental components, including basic postures, rhythmic flow, and effective transitions, forming a transformative base for every class. ◦ 2nd wheel — Alignment: This stage builds on action by emphasizing detailed principles of alignment, including the 5 keys, 3 focal points, and 7 loops, guiding students to refine their practice. ◦ 3rd wheel — Attitude: Focused on the "Gates of Wisdom," this stage transcends physical practice by inspiring intellectual and spiritual exploration, creating profound connections in the student’s body, mind and heart.
