Introduction Wall Rope Yoga Teacher Training (Level One)
Wall Rope Yoga has evolved from its roots in Iyengar Yoga to become a widely practiced and highly sought-after style. This unique approach allows practitioners to deepen their asana practice, explore advanced postures with greater ease, and experience the profound benefits of supported movement. Beyond enhancing flexibility and strength, Wall Rope Yoga serves as an invaluable tool for therapeutic and recovery purposes, offering stability and alignment for those with physical limitations or injuries.
Our teacher training program is designed to equip instructors with the knowledge and skills needed to safely and effectively guide students through this dynamic and restorative practice.

Advanced Wall Rope Yoga Teacher Training (Level Two)
Building upon the foundations of Level One, Level Two delves deeper into advanced poses, therapeutic applications, and refined teaching techniques. This training expands practitioners’ knowledge, enabling them to guide students safely and effectively through more challenging asanas and specialized therapeutic practices.
Key areas covered include:
• Advanced Asana Progressions: Exploring deeper variations of postures using the Great Wall Rope System™ for enhanced flexibility, strength, and balance.
• Therapeutic Applications: Utilizing the wall ropes for injury rehabilitation, spinal decompression, and support for students with physical limitations.
• Restorative Practices: Integrating the Wall Rope System into relaxation techniques, enhancing recovery and stress relief.
• Inversions and Suspensions: Safely practicing and teaching inversions, including headstands and backbends, with proper alignment and support.
• Refined Adjustment and Alignment: Advanced hands-on adjustments and cueing for precise body positioning and injury prevention.
• Partner and Assisted Practices: Techniques for using the wall ropes in partner work to deepen stretches and strengthen postures.
• Class Structuring and Sequencing: Designing well-balanced classes that incorporate advanced asanas and therapeutic elements.
• Safety and Risk Management: Ensuring student safety in more complex postures and therapeutic applications.
This level prepares teachers to lead diverse students, from those seeking deeper asana practice to individuals requiring therapeutic support, with confidence and expertise.
Prerequisite:
Students must have attended Level One Wall Rope Teacher Training with Dagge Ong or from any credentialed institution.
About Dagge Ong

Dagge, a dedicated yoga teacher, embarked her teaching journey in 2004 after training with the Swami Vivekananda Yoga Research Foundation. Her passion lies in sharing the transformative power of yoga, which has positively impacted her students. She continuously expands her knowledge through various training programs, including Iyengar Yoga, Wall Rope Yoga with Bryan Legere, and learning from renowned teachers like Shiva Rea and Sarah Powers. With a teaching style that encompasses hatha yoga, vinyasa flow, yin, restorative, and Wall Rope Yoga, Dagge believes yoga is not just an activity but a way of life, fostering serenity, skillfulness, and meaningful relationships.
