About the Workshop
Everyday life can bring stress, anxiety and emotional overload. This workshop is for all levels and introduces asana, breath work, meditation and some sound therapy mindful practices to help you:

Build a simple daily mental self-care routine
Understand how Yoga supports mental health
Practice simple movement to release tension
Learn breathing techniques to calm anxiety
