About the Sessions 

Drift into deep relaxation and experience a celestial journey with our New Moon & Full Moon Sound Baths. Rest cocooned and float weightlessly in an aerial hammock as gong, singing bowls and other soothing sounds wash over you, dissolving tension, bringing you to a state of full relaxation and creating space for new intentions to take root.
Join us for a 75-minute session basking in the moon's energy, guiding you into a state of profound calm and inner peace. Let go, let the vibrations heal, and emerge renewed.
Alternatives will be offered if the aerial hammock is not suitable. Open to all levels of practitioners. 

About the Facilitators 

Miryam Acosta

Miryam is a senior teacher at Pure Yoga. She teaches Yin, Restorative, Aerial Yoga, breathwork, and sound baths. Her classes create a calm and supportive space where students can slow down, release tension, and reconnect with their breath and body. Through gentle movement, deep rest, and the soothing vibrations of sound, she offers nurturing practices that help restore balance and overall well-being.

Frankie Wong

Frankie Wong is an E-RYT500 certified Yoga Teacher and Sound Healing practitioner, and Founder of Crystal Bowl Studio. With over a decade of practice and time spent studying in Indian Ashrams under traditional Indian teachers, her work is rooted in classical yoga philosophy and meditative sound.
Through breathwork and nervous system regulation practices, she guides students toward clarity, balance, and resilience. Her sessions integrate asana, pranayama, gong and crystal singing bowls to create grounded, immersive soundscape experiences for deep healing, relaxation and transformation.


Gene Leong 

Gene's yoga journey began as a way to restore his circadian rhythm, but it evolved into a passion that led him to complete a 200-hour YTT in 2010. A decade later, he answered the call to teach, sharing yoga's transformative power. Gene's approach balances strength and flexibility, effort and grace, movement and stillness, blending Vinyasa, Yin, and other modalities like Aerial, Wall Rope, and Sound Healing. He encourages students to approach yoga with an open mind and heart, allowing it to guide their growth.
