Partner Stretch Yoga with Sean & Cherlene

Join us for a 4-hour Partner Stretch Yoga Workshop that focuses on stretching the whole body through modified asanas and props.

Whether you're flying solo or bringing a buddy, this workshop is open to all levels and designed to help you loosen up, laugh a little, and learn a lot. With the help of modified poses and supportive props, we’ll guide you through a full-body stretching experience that’s equal parts soothing and energizing.

Bulk of the workshop will focus on a series of partner-assisted stretches and yoga poses to target key muscle groups; through team work and active communication the workshop aims to impart safe techniques to deepen your stretches and provide the foundation of greater trust with your stretch buddy.
