Weekend 1: Spine Awakening

Kickstart your journey with a focus on spinal health and vitality. Through a series of asanas, mindful breathwork, and expert guidance, discover the transformative power of spinal awakening. The spine is the backbone of your entire body – physically, energetically, and spiritually. Learn how to unlock its potential, release tension, and cultivate strength and flexibility. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or just starting to explore your practice, this session will leave you feeling energized, aligned, and connected to the core of your being.

Weekend 2: Hip Opening and Inversions 

29 & 30 June 2024

Shift your focus to the hips and the exhilarating world of inversions on Sundays. Sundays are dedicated to deepening your practice by exploring hip-opening poses and mastering inversions. Open hips not only enhance physical flexibility but also contribute to emotional release and a sense of groundedness. Inversions, on the other hand, challenge your perspective and build strength from within. Embrace the playfulness of inversions and the liberating sensation of open hips.
