    Alchemy Crystal Bowl Meditation

    A restful meditation guided by the sounds and vibrations of the alchemy crystal bowls. As you settle in comfortably, layers of sound create a gentle point of focus, offering the mind and body space to slow down, soften and simply receive. No experience is needed - only an openness to pause and be receive.  
    Yin Yoga & Alchemy Crystal Bowl Meditation

    Begin with gentle breath work before settling into a series of slow, restorative yin yoga poses designed to encourage stillness, release and a deeper connection with the body. The session closes with the sounds of the alchemy crystal bowls, where you are invited to rest, receive and allow the vibrations to guide you into a deeper state of relaxation.
