About the Programme
More than just a physical challenge, this boxing programme offers a supportive space to build confidence, push your limits, and connect with others on the same journey.
Whether you are looking to challenge yourself, gain hands-on experience, or prepare for future competition, this is your next step forward.

Training focuses on refining striking and defensive technique, with an emphasis on accuracy, timing, and composure under pressure. Sessions also develop conditioning, footwork, and ring awareness - essentials for anyone looking to move beyond casual training.

The programme concludes with a final evening of supervised full-contact sparring. Participants will be matched by size and experience, with headgear and mouthguards required. All rounds will be closely monitored by experienced coaches to ensure safety and fairness.

Ideal for boxers of all levels looking to sharpen their skills and gain meaningful ring experience

Final Gloves On

Step into the ring and put your training to the test. Gloves On marks the final evening of the boxing programme where participants showcase their progress in a safe, supportive setting. Participants will be matched by experience and size, with coaches guiding each round to ensure fairness and safety. It is not about winning. It is about showing up!
