About the Workshops
This 3-day immersion introduces the Find & Fix Mobility Method™ a smart, structured approach that blends yoga, modern mobility science, and hand-balancing principles to create real, lasting change in the body.
Rather than simply stretching or repeatedly drilling shapes, participants learn how to identify their personal mobility limitations, understand why certain poses or skills feel restricted, and apply targeted, intelligent mobility strategies to unlock strength, control, and freedom of movement—safely and sustainably.

About the Teacher
John Lizcano (@john_urbanyoga) is an international yoga teacher and movement educator based in Bangkok, known for integrating biomechanics, joint-focused mobility, and intelligent sequencing into contemporary yoga practice. He is an FRC® & FRA® Mobility Specialist and brings a gymnastics background and handbalancing techniques to his teaching, refining strength, alignment, and active flexibility through clear progressions that prioritize longevity.
After teaching across multiple countries and working with a wide range of bodies and movement backgrounds, John recognized that lasting progress comes from understanding individual structure and needs, not forcing one method onto everyone. This led him to develop an assessment-led approach that helps practitioners identify their specific mobility limitations, refine movement mechanics, and apply targeted strategies to improve capacity in the shoulders, hips, and spine without sacrificing flow.
John has taught classes, workshops, and trainings internationally across China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Thailand, and Spain and is excited to bring his method to Singapore, offering a workshop designed to upgrade both personal practice and teaching skills through precise, sustainable movement.
