About the Classes

For a limited time, former PURE Instructor Henry Liu is making his return to PURE with two special 60-minute classes. Expect the same Henry energy you know and love, with workouts that will get you moving, lifting, sweating and pushing just that little bit harder.

If you remember Henry’s classes, you’ll know exactly what we mean, the energy, the challenge, the sweat, and somehow still having a good time through it all. And if you miss having him on the PURE training floor, here is your chance to do it all over again.
Have not trained with Henry before? Consider this your introduction. Come see what you’ve been missing and join the crew for a session that’s as much about the good vibes as it is about getting a great workout in.

Henry is bringing you two 60-minute specials:
FUNCTIONAL BOOTCAMP | 10:15am | Turf Area

Get ready to move. Strength, power and cardio come together with weights, box jumps and machine intervals on the Turf. Fast-paced, full-body and high-energy with options for every level.
Whether you’re coming back for another round with Henry or joining him for the very first time, grab your spot and come ready to move.
Come to train, stay for the fun!

ATHLETIC REFORMER CIRCUIT | 1:15pm | Group X Studio

Reformer meets the training floor. Move between six Reformers and floor stations with barbells and free weights, combining strength, core and stability with HIIT and heavier work.
Two training worlds, one seriously good burn.

  • This event is open for registration to Public and PURE members.
  • No refund or credit will be given for cancellations starting from 20 September 2026.
  • All refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee that will be deducted from your refund. 
  • PURE bears no responsibility for any missed sessions. No refunds or makeup sessions will be provided.
  • PURE reserves the right to modify the event schedule, content, or venue. Participants will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.
  • If there is any discrepancy between the printed and web versions, the web version shall prevail.
