8:30 am to 9:30 am - Welcome / Intro (Yoga class) 

9:30 am to 10:30 am Breakfast 

10:30 am to 1:00 pm Boudhanath Supta (monastery TBC)

1:00 pm to 2:00 pm Lunch 

4:00 pm to 5:00 pm Pashupatinath temple 

6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Thamel free stroll (Dinner) 

9th Oct

8:00 am to 9:00 am Breakfast 

11:00 am to 12:00 pm Aerial yoga (all level) at Avata wellness 

12:00 pm to 1:30 pm Lunch at Avata wellness 

Head to the Terrace Resort (1.5hr drive) 

6:00 pm to 7:00 pm Evening Yoga Stretch  (indoor yoga)
