Practice Through the Elements: wildlōtus Immersion with Patrick Creelman 2025

Session 1: EARTH element

830am - 1130am 

The earth element represents stability, structure, and grounding, reminding us that a strong foundation is essential for growth and expansion. As we cultivate a deeper connection with the earth element, we embody the qualities of steadfastness and resilience. Stability is the ground for freedom. Actively grounding down to extend the spine and the soul upward, we create a sense of rootedness that allows us to rise above challenges.

Session 2: WATER element

12 April 2025, Sat

1pm - 4pm 

Water is flowing, moving our life, moving forward. We move to cultivate fluidity and release stagnation, embracing the constant change that life brings. By surrendering to the flow, we'll tap into our inner resilience and freedom, embodying the ultimate act of yoga: onward like water.

Session 3 : FIRE element

13 April 2025, Sun 

830am - 1130pm

Ignite your inner fire with fiery precision, a transformative approach to yoga that illuminates the exact points of action. Like a flame that refines and clarifies, we'll focus on precise movements to awaken our inner power. Going to the very needle-fine tip of our strength, we'll individuate the subtle movements of the body, such as the buttock bones, tailbone, and sacrum.

Session 4 : AIR element

13 April 2025,  Sun

1pm-4pm  

 We explore the principle of extension and expansion with the Air element. The flow of air moves through all parts, reminding us that freedom and movement are essential to a yoga practice. Here, we practice creating openings and space, using breath and movement to release tension and constraints. As we extend and expand, we'll cultivate a sense of lightness, clarity, and connection to our inner selves, allowing us to move through life with greater ease and fluidity. 

Daily schedule breakdown:  

8:30am -11:30am Asana practice (includes philosophy discussion) 

11:30am - 1:00pm Lunch break 

1:00pm -4:00pm Asana practice (includes philosophy discussion)

 About Patrick Creelman 

 As the founding teacher of PURE YOGA and wildlōtus, Patrick has created a home for yoga for thousands of students across Asia.  Patrick teaches the practice of yoga for the purpose of touching our deepest self, ultimately to experience an ongoing state of full aliveness.
