Terms & Condition
- The Project Body Reboot (PBR) challenge is conducted over an 8-week period from 21 Sep to 16 Nov 2024.
- The winning team will be selected based on the biggest drop in average body fat percentage of all participants in the respective Home Club Team during the challenge period. This will be calculated based on the difference between the Kick Off and Final Showdown measurements.
- Participants can indicate their preferred Home Club Team (Team Asia Square or Team Ngee Ann City) during registration. Teams will be assigned based on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. No changes will be entertained.
- PBR is capped at a total of 30 participants with a maximum of 15 participants per Home Club Team.
- If one of the Home Club Team reaches its maximum capacity of 15 participants, PURE reserves the right to assign additional participants to the other location.
- Only official InBody Analysis measurements taken at PURE Fitness Asia Square during the Kick-Off, Mid-Challenge Check-in, and Final Showdown will be considered for the final results.
- No replacement of participation or refund will be given for cancellations made on or after 31 Aug 2024 (date inclusive).
- All refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee.
- Participants must review and sign a Participation Agreement to qualify for the challenge.
- Participants must attend the Kick-off session (21 Sep 2024) and the Final Showdown (16 Nov 2024) for the official InBody Analysis measurements.
- Participants must be residing in Singapore and at least 18 years of age.
- Photos and videos may be taken for marketing purposes.
- PURE Singapore has the right to replace the prizes with other items of similar value.
- Winners will be selected by PURE and will be announced during the Final Showdown on 16 Nov 2024.
- Prizes awarded are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not exchangeable for cash.
- PURE Singapore reserves the right to change amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time and has the final decision on the selection of winners and all matters pertaining to this challenge.
- The Buddy Bonus promotion is eligible for a purchase of 2 or more participants in a single transaction only.
- A top-up payment to the non-member price will be required if a non-member was found to have purchased at member price during registration.
- Any disputes connected to this challenge will be resolved by PURE at its absolute discretion.
