       STATION REQUIREMENTS
      Farmer's Carry
      with Kettlebells

      10 laps of 10m

      Men: 2 x 24kg
      Women: 2 x 16kg
      Rower 1,000m in the shortest time

      Men: Resistance 6
      Women: Resistance 5
      Burpee Broad Jump 10 laps of 10m
      SkiErg

      1,000m in the shortest time

      Men: Resistance 6
      Women: Resistance 5
      Run 1,000m in the shortest time


      Each participant will start at an assigned station as allocated by the PURE team and complete all 5 stations in the sequence as specified. All exercise at each station must be performed according to the movement standards as demonstrated by a PURE Instructor prior to the commencement of the challenge. Other terms and conditions may apply.
